  5. Authors are strongly recommended to upload their work to a plagiarism checker before submitting their work for publication consideration. JRLT pursues a zero-tolerance policy against all forms of plagiarism.

  6. JRLT editors reserve the right to add minor changes to the manuscript. Substantive changes need to be done by the author.

Review process

Manuscripts are to be first assessed by the journal editor or an editorial member to ensure quality, originality, and thematic fit. The reviewing process takes at least two months, during which the manuscript will be examined by two independent reviewers. If a disagreement arises between the two reviewers, a third one will be approached and a final decision about whether a manuscript is of publishable quality will be promptly communicated to the author(s). If accepted for publication, the author(s) will receive an email with the review results and will be given guidelines regarding paper layout and formatting. No letter of acceptance is sent until the final copy of the paper is accepted by the editor.
